what we do

We have combined knowledge systems embedded in our rich culture with psychological and anthropological theories to create our Sangam, our framework.

Sangam breaks down the complexities of organisations, brands, people, and culture and allows new connections and insights to emerge, paving the way for a clear path forward.

Why we do it:

The world's current narrative is in constant flux.

While this might be perceived negatively, we see change as an opportunity for growth, fostering mindful impact in teams, organisations, communities, and the world. Recognising the dynamism of people and entities, our culturally rooted, consciously designed, and psycho-social framework adapts to this fluidity.

Our mission is committed to cultivating conscious and positive change in the business world. We are determined to achieve tangible results, but we also recognise that genuine transformation is a rich, multi-stage process, rather than an instantaneous event.

How we do it:

Sangam, our framework has been mindfully curated to build narratives that are nuanced, and cohesive and will foster long-term transformation. It explores the relationship between the past and the future, it gives a deep understanding of the brand’s origins, current state and future possibilities.

The process of constructing an organisation's narrative follows two different paths:

the first offering

Building The Kula

Meaning community, tribe or clan. A series of short co-creation workshops that focus on unearthing and building the organisation’s identity to develop cohesive narratives.

the second offering

The tula

Meaning balance, is a long-term process that has three objectives, one, is to unearth ways of creating deeper connections with audiences. Two, align narratives across multiple stakeholders and three, develop a sustained strategy for change.
